How do you find us?

By car...
Your destination: Kaltern on the South Tyrolean Wine Road. A wine village without equal. 
Once there, you will always follow your nose. You will smell the lake air and the view of Lake Kaltern will also guide you to the manor house Battisti Suites. 
Just before the third roundabout, turn right off the wine road. After a small subway, follow the path on the right that takes you down into the vineyards and thus ever closer to the manor house. All around you, nothing but vineyards and the lake always in sight. 
A location that is as unique as your holiday home itself.

Fly to paradise with Sky Alps! Get on the plane in Berlin, Hamburg or Düsseldorf and get off in our provincial capital Bozen. Your dream holiday in Kaltern is only 12 kilometres away from the airport. Getting here has never been so uncomplicated!
