Our rates
The rates are per day and person plus the local tax of Euro 2.50. The Deluxe Brunch, including a glass of Gran Battisti prosecco, is already included in the price.

Reservation
A reservation becomes binding after your booking request and our written confirmation. Full payment of all services used will be made on departure in cash (please note the applicable limit of Euro 4.999) by EC card, Visa or Mastercard.

Cancellation policy
Sometimes it comes differently than you think - for example, that you can not start your vacation. Our very moderate cancellation conditions adapt to the current situation.
Currently, for 2023, there is a free cancellation option up to three weeks before arrival. Up to one week before arrival 50% and afterwards 100% of the total amount will be charged.​
In the event of late arrival, non-arrival without prior notification or early departure, the total price of the stay will be charged. The cancellation conditions apply irrespective of any partial or total subletting of the cancelled rooms.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm.

Early Check-In: Possible by arrangement. Alternatively, you can enjoy our sunny terrace with lake view and a drink until your suite is ready for occupancy.

Check-Out: On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10 am.

Late Check-Out: by 6 p.m. per person 30,00 €
