Free for You

• During your stay, we provide you with the "Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass – Mobilcard" free of charge.
  Public transport in the province is free for you (buses, trains, and cable cars – including the Mendelbahn in Caldaro and the regional train to Trento).

Our rates
The rates are per day and person plus the local tax of Euro 2.50. The Deluxe Brunch, including a glass of Gran Battisti prosecco, is already included in the price. No deposit required.

Dogs Welcome!
Please inform us when making your request if you are bringing a dog. Price: €39.00 per day.

Reservation
A reservation becomes binding after your booking request and our written confirmation. Full payment of all services used will be made on departure in cash (please note the applicable limit of Euro 4.999) by EC card, Visa or Mastercard.

Cancellation policy
If you are unable to start your holiday, you can cancel your reservation free of charge or postpone your stay, provided that the written cancellation is made at least 10 days before the agreed arrival date. For cancellations made between the 9th day and the 1st day before the planned arrival, we will charge 40% of the confirmed booking value. In case of late arrival, no-show without prior notice, or early departure, the full price of the stay will be charged. The cancellation policy applies regardless of whether the canceled rooms are partially or fully rebooked.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm.

Early Check-In: Possible by arrangement. Alternatively, you can enjoy our sunny terrace with lake view and a drink until your suite is ready for occupancy.

Check-Out: On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10 am.

Late Check-Out: by 6 p.m. per person 30,00 €
